Golden Pecan Pie

3 eggs
1C light corn syrup
1/2 C sugar
4T melted unsalted butter (170g)
1t vanilla
2 1/2 C pecans

Make basic pie dough 
Preheat oven to 425 f / 218 c

Mix all ingredients together 
Pour into shell 
Bake 15 minutes
Reduce heat to 350 f / 176 c
Continue to bake 20+ minutes, until crust browns and filling sets
