9 C bread cubes
3 T olive oil
1/2 C white onions diced
3/4 C celery
3 1/2 C vegetable broth
1 flax egg
1 1/4 t sage

Preheat oven to 350 f / 176 c
Use 9x13 greased pan
Prepare flax egg
Sauté onion and celery in olive oil (5 minutes)
Into bowl of bread cubes, pour most of veg broth then add onion/celery, sage, and flax egg
Mix with a wooden spoon - consistency should be about that of meatloaf - use more broth if too dry
Transfer to prepared pan and cover with foil
Bake 45 minutes
Remove foil
Set heat to 400 f/ 204 c
Bake another 10-15 minutes until top is well browned and crisped
