Pop Overs

in a large bowl
1 c all purpose flour
and 1 c milk
stir with a wire whisk or an egg beater
add
1 T confectioners sugar
1/2 t sugar
beat in 4 eggs, one at a time

have 6 oven proof ramekins preheated with a "good portion" of butter in each

half fill each ramekin with batter

bake at 400 for 20 mins
then lower heat to 350 for 10 mins
do not open door during cooking
